Overlooking the pool on the original viewing gallery, our award-winning restaurant is a relaxed and informal space where the floor to ceiling doors slide back to let the elements in. Through the kitchen window the roaring wood oven can be glimpsed as you relax and just do nothing.

Head Chef Freddy Bird’s menus have hints of the Moorish and of the Mediterranean, with a strong Spanish lilt.
Great ingredients sourced from small-scale hand-picked suppliers are cooked over fire with a sense of pleasure and fun.

Lunch is served from midday with a last sitting at 2.45pm – dinner is served from 6pm with a last sitting at 9.45pm.
