Chef Freddy

After Freddy returned to Bristol with his new family after several years in London where he worked at the 2 Michelin star Square restaurant and Moro, he met Arne and was given the opportunity to establish a bespoke restaurant at the Lido. From its launch in 2008, Freddy has developed his unique take on Moorish and Mediterranean cooking. This distinctly pretension-free and satisfying approach to dining, values the importance of food provenance, the use of foraged food and the absolute quality of natural cooking. His relaxed approach and attention to detail has been acknowledged by many national awards including The Observer Food awards 2013.
