Massage
Our massage treatments are all 60 minutes long and individually adapted to each individual. Before your treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form which your therapists will then use to ensure you receive the right massage treatment. We use our own natural products for each treatment made for us locally. We have both male & female therapists at the Lido, should you have a strong preference, please add a note when you are booking online or contact our reception team.
Classic Massage – £80pp
Whether you prefer a bespoke relaxation experience or a more concentrated massage for problematic areas, the LIDO’s very own massage treatment will relax, restore and revitalise. Simply, a great experience.
Lido Facial – £80pp
A luxurious facial where your skin is cleansed and nourished with the use of essential oil- based products. Perfect for skin in need of balancing and moisture. This treatment also includes a hand and arm massage and a scalp massage.
Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage and Facial – £80pp
The perfect combination. A back massage targeting the common problem areas around the neck and shoulders followed by a soothing 30 minute facial leaving skin feeling nourished and refreshed. This treatment also includes a scalp massage or a hand & arm massage based on your consultation on the day.
Pregnancy Back and Leg Massage – £80pp
The body goes through many changes through 9 months. Pregnancy massage is a great way to help support the body through these changes. In a side lying position, the therapist will massage your back and legs to ease tension, reducing swelling and aiding relaxation.
* Please note this treatment is only available in the second & third trimester of pregnancy.
Hot Stone Massage – £80pp
A deeply relaxing and therapeutic full body massage using the warmth of basalt stones.
* Please note this treatment is not available between June and September
Exfoliation – £80pp
A full body exfoliation which brightens, nourishes and boosts circulation of the skin. All followed by a dry body oil application to moisturise and replenish the skin.
Foot, Hand and Head Massage – £80pp
A deeply soothing treatment. Your feet will be first exfoliated and then followed by a relaxing foot and lower leg massage, aiding circulation that will benefit the well-being of the whole body. This treatment also includes a head, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage.
Pregnancy Facial – £80pp
This treatment is an alternative to Pregnancy Back & Leg Massage, focusing on deep relaxation. In a side lying position, the therapist will massage your back, shoulders, arms and hands finishing off with a 15 minute mini facial.

Light Touch Therapy – £80pp
This treatment is for anyone who is currently undergoing treatment for Cancer or has had treatment in the past.
It will be performed by one of our Oncology Massage trained therapists to deliver a safe and wonderfully relaxing massage. This full body massage is client specific and is customised to meet the unique and changing needs of someone going through treatment.
*Please note if this is your first light touch therapy treatment, it will consist of a 15 minute consultation followed by a 45 minute massage.
Lido Lomi Lomi – £80pp
In the style of the traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, the Lido Lomi Lomi uses a combination of massage techniques with continuous flowing strokes and limb mobilisation. This allows the recipient to fully relax and let go, allowing the therapists to move the energy around the body , thus restoring balance and harmony. This can lead to healing and expelling stresses and tension.
Note – this is not recommended for those who are new to massage. As the massage strokes are full body length with work on the glutes, you will be required to wear disposable underwear and at times the whole side of the body will be exposed as per the image above.
