We offer two distinct approaches to our treatment packages using our own carefully blended oils, or the exquisite Ila Spa range.
The Lido approach emphasizes on tailor made treatments.dependent on your specific needs, based on a thorough consultation with your therapist.
Ila treatments draw upon a tradition of ancient wisdom from the East bringing harmony and balance. The oils, salts and creams used in these crafted treatments are blended and prepared with great consideration for the environment.
