COVID-19 Information

As of last Saturday, the Lido closed its doors to all guests in support of the Governments actions to stop the spread of the Coronavirus. No one knows how long this will last, we can only hope that this Pandemic will quickly be controlled and that we can all get back to normal, in the not too distant future.

As part of the closure we have also shut our central reservations office so that staff can stay at home and follow the advice on social distancing.

If you have a booking for the restaurant or spa whilst we are closed, once we re-open we will get in touch to arrange for it to be rescheduled. For any urgent queries please email reservations@lidobristol.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For anyone with gift vouchers, I can confirm that we will extend all expiry dates in line with the time we will remain closed.
