Seafood Feast

Our head chef Pash was joined by chef Issy Cox for a collaboration in the kitchen to bring our guests a sustainable Seafood Feast, on the 15th of May 2024.

Issy, was the head chef at Sonny Stores, Bedminster and currently works at The Conscious Food Shop who are the Lido’s fish suppliers. Sustainability is at the core of their business, and responsible fishing and catching with the seasons is always at the forefront of what they do.​​​​

Guests were seated at large tables of up to ten people and the food was served family style on sharing platters.

£55 per person with the optional wine flight for £35 per person.

Guests were welcomed with a limoncello cocktail.
