Member Access

If you are a Bristol Lido member you can use the links below to access your membership information and loyalty scheme. Use the Members Account Log In to see your direct debit and membership details and to book a massage with your members discount.

In the Members Loyalty Access you can log in to see how many loyalty points you have and what rewards you have accrued so far.

Members wanting to bring a child (aged 4 -15) to use the pool must pre-book their visit through our online children’s booking portal.

The sessions are for one hour between 9am – 11am and 2pm – 4pm, with a maximum of 5 spaces per hour. One adult can only book 1 child. Children are not permitted in the sauna, steam room or hot tub and must be supervised by an adult on a one-to-one basis in the swimming pool.

£5 per child (free of charge for children 3 and under, booking not required).
