All Lido treatment packages are for adults only, 18 and over.

Please note we do not offer any treatments to anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy. Please ensure you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester to book our tailored pregnancy treatments.

If you are currently undergoing treatment for cancer, we only offer the light touch therapy massage. This is performed by one of our specially trained oncology massage therapists therefore this treatment needs to be booked in advance to ensure specific therapist availability on the day.

Swim, Massage, Meal

This package starts with 2 hours use of the Spa facilities, followed by a 1 hour treatment of your choosing and finishing the day with a delicious meal consisting of 3 small plates plus a sourdough flatbread in our poolside bar.

Swim & Massage

The Swim and Massage package includes 2 hours use of the facilities before your 1 hour massage treatment of choice.

Swim & Early Morning Massage

The Swim and Early Morning Massage package includes 1.5 hours use of the facilities from 7am before your 1 hour massage treatment of choice at 8:30am.

– You are able to choose from any of our 1 hour treatments, excluding our Hot Stones Massage and Exfoliation.

– On Thursday mornings the swimming pool is closed between 8am – 9am for cleaning.

Couples Swim & Massage

The Swim and Massage package includes 2 hours use of the facilities before your couples massage.
