Overlooking the pool on the original viewing gallery, our award-winning restaurant is a relaxed and informal space where the floor to ceiling doors slide back to let the elements in. Through the kitchen window the roaring chargrill can be glimpsed as you relax and just do nothing.
Opening times
Breakfast 9am – 10.45am (7 days a week)
Lunch 12pm – 2.45pm (Monday to Saturday)
Dinner 6pm – 9.30pm (Monday to Saturday)
Sundays:
Brunch 9am – 12pm,
Small Plates 12pm – 5pm & 6pm – 8:30pm
Restaurant Menu 1pm – 4pm
