Relaxed poolside dining
Overlooking the pool on the original viewing gallery, our award-winning restaurant is a relaxed and informal space where the floor to ceiling doors slide back to let the elements in. Through the kitchen window the roaring chargrill can be glimpsed as you relax and just do nothing.
Opening times
Breakfast 9am – 10.45am (7 days a week)
Lunch 12pm – 2.45pm (Monday to Saturday)
Dinner 6pm – 8.30pm (Monday to Thursday)
Dinner 6pm – 9.30pm (Friday / Saturday)
Sundays:
Brunch 9am – 12pm,
Small Plates 12pm – 4pm & 5pm – 8pm
Restaurant Menu 12.30pm – 3pm
BYO Tuesdays: Bring your own bottle of wine or fizz on Tuesdays when having food with us.
From 25th May: Happy Hour on selected cocktails Monday-Thursday 4pm – 6pm.
