Our 60-minute massages are designed just for you. Before your treatment, you’ll fill out a short consultation form to help your therapist create your perfect treatment. We’re proud to use only natural products, handcrafted locally in Somerset.
We have both male and female therapists, and appointments are assigned automatically. If you’d prefer a specific therapist or gender of therapist, just let us know, we’ll be happy to help.
If you’re feeling unwell, have any medical concerns, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy, please contact us ahead of your visit.
If you’re in your second or third trimester of pregnancy, we offer a variety of specialised pregnancy treatments designed to support and comfort you during this special time.
If you’re undergoing cancer treatment, we offer Oncology Massage with our specially trained massages therapists. Please book this in advance so we can ensure the right therapist is available for you.
We provide towels and robes for all our treatments, though we don’t supply footwear, feel free to bring your own.
Lastly, our treatments are for guests aged 18 and over. We look forward to welcoming you and creating a truly relaxing experience!
Classic Massage – £85
Whether you prefer a bespoke relaxation experience or a more concentrated massage for problematic areas, the Lido’s very own massage treatment will relax, restore and revitalise. Simply, a great experience.
Lido Facial – £85pp
A wonderful facial elevating your skins health and boasting vitality, using our specialised Lido skincare products.
This is a deeply soothing treatment that begins with a grounding foot ritual (optional), incorporating natural products and bespoke massage on your face, neck, scalp and arms.
Your therapist will tailor the facial to your individual skin needs, offering different serums depending on your skin type.
Back, Neck, Shoulder Massage and Facial – £85pp
The perfect combination. A back massage targeting the common problem areas around the neck and shoulders followed by a soothing 30 minute facial leaving skin feeling nourished and refreshed. This treatment also includes a scalp and neck massage.
Pregnancy Back and Leg Massage – £85pp
The body goes through many changes through 9 months. Pregnancy massage is a great way to help support the body through these changes. In a side lying position, the therapist will massage your back and legs to ease tension, reducing swelling and aiding relaxation.
* Please note this treatment is only available in the second & third trimester of pregnancy.
Hot Stone Massage – £85pp
A deeply relaxing and therapeutic body massage incorporating hot stones and a bespoke full body massage focusing on client needs. Suitable for over 18’s only.
* Please note this treatment is not available between June and September.
Exfoliation – £85pp
A full body exfoliation which brightens, nourishes and boosts circulation of the skin. All followed by a dry body oil application to moisturise and replenish the skin.
Foot Massage and Mask – £85pp
This is a deeply soothing treatment. The treatment starts with our foot exfoliation ritual, followed by a relaxing foot massage. Your feet will then be wrapped in a detoxifying clay mask, drawing toxins from your body, helping to reduce inflammation and aiding circulation. Whilst the mask is working its magic on your feet, the therapist will massage into your hands, arms, head, neck and shoulders. This will benefit the well-being of the whole body.
*Please note this treatment is not suitable for anyone with any foot conditions or infections.
Pregnancy Facial – £85pp
This treatment is an alternative to Pregnancy Back & Leg Massage, focusing on deep relaxation. In a side lying position, the therapist will massage your back, shoulders, arms and hands finishing off with a 15 minute mini facial.
*Please note this treatment is only available in the 2nd & 3rd trimester of pregnancy
Oncology Massage – £85pp
This treatment is for anyone who is currently undergoing treatment for Cancer or has had treatment in the past.
It will be performed by one of our Oncology Massage trained therapists to deliver a safe and wonderfully relaxing massage. This full body massage is client specific and is customised to meet the unique and changing needs of someone going through treatment.
*Please note if this is your first Oncology massage, it will consist of a 15 minute consultation followed by a 45 minute massage.
Lido Lomi Lomi – £85pp
In the style of the traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, the Lido Lomi Lomi uses a combination of massage techniques with continuous flowing strokes and limb mobilisations. This allows the recipient to fully relax and let go, allowing the therapists to move the energy around the body, thus restoring balance and harmony. This can lead to healing and expelling stresses and tension.
Note – this is not recommended for those who are new to massage. As the massage strokes are full body and under body, with work on the glutes, you will be required to wear disposable underwear and at times the whole side of the body will be exposed as per the image above.
