Sri Lankan Feast

 

A Fundraising Dinner for Bristol Hospitality Network

On the 2nd of April we celebrated a night of Sri Lankan cuisine and raised funds for Bristol Hospitality Network.

Our head chef Pash and his team collaborated with chef Kule to create a five course Sri Lankan feast.

Crafting a menu that not only showcases the vibrant flavours of Sri Lanka but also supports the Bristol Hospitality Network’s vital work with asylum seekers and refugees.

A total of £4000 was raised for the charity, thank you to everyone who came and showed their support.

Chef Kule is the Kitchen Coordinator for Bristol Hospitality Network and a passionate advocate for authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. His culinary journey began with learning traditional recipes over the phone from his mum, a connection to home that shaped his deep love for cooking.
